Sadhana (साधना) - A daily spiritual practise. A means to acquire the knowledge of the Brahman (Universe). To let go of our identification with the egoic self and realise our True Self . So the practise becomes a path towards Self-Discovery.

This ongoing Sadhana seeps into our day to day actions and choices eventually shaping our life. As we carve out space in our lives, to find this stillness within, we begin to live with more awareness & intention.

Attuned to this greater intelligence, we move in harmony with our environment with ease and grace.
